Open roles
No roles are open today. When one is, it is published on this page with the work described in the same language we use internally: what the person owns, what they decide, and how the result is judged.
What the work is like
- You own a product's path rather than a slice of one — the interface, the behaviour behind it, and the release that carries it.
- Writing is part of the work: commit messages, page copy, and the notes that tell the next person what changed.
- Boring reliability beats clever novelty; a feature nobody can operate is not finished.
- The team is small, so the interface between people has to stay clear.
Being considered before a role exists
Send what you have built — code, writing, a product of your own — and what you want to work on, to the company address. We read it, we keep it, and we write back when something fits.
Say so if you would rather we delete it after reading.
